Dave Radford has deep roots in the Fox Valley. As the great, great-grandson of Theda Clark Peters — whose gift launched the first ThedaCare hospital more than a century ago — Dave’s family ties inspired him to pursue a career at ThedaCare. Today, Dave continues his family’s legacy by sharing the inspiring stories from ThedaCare patients and by serving on the board of a private philanthropic foundation, offering grants to support community organizations.
