Effective May 14, 2026, the separate governing medical staffs of ThedaCare Appleton/Neenah (TCA/TCN), ThedaCare New London (TCNL), ThedaCare Waupaca (TCW), ThedaCare Wild Rose (TCWR), ThedaCare Shawano (TCS), and ThedaCare Berlin (TCB) unified into a single medical staff organization known as the ThedaCare Medical Staff.

For verification of affiliation for resigned practitioners who held membership or privileges with one of the separate medical staffs prior to July 1, 2026, please utilize the applicable link(s) below:

Special Notes:
- ThedaCare Orthopedic, Spine and Pain Hospital, ThedaCare Medical Center Fond du Lac Hospital, and ThedaCare Medical Center Oshkosh Hospital affiliations are verified through either:
- The ThedaCare Medical Staff affiliation verification link (active practitioners), or
- The ThedaCare Regional Medical Center – Appleton/Neenah Hospital verification link for resigned practitioners.
- ThedaCare Oshkosh ASC (stand-alone ambulatory surgery center) is not included in the affiliation verification letters issued for the ThedaCare Medical Staff and is not verified through these affiliation verification links. Contact the Oshkosh ASC directly for affiliation verifications concerning that facility.
