ThedaCare supports causes that contribute to the health, wellness and vitality of our fellow community members and are in line with the needs identified in our Community Health Needs Assessment.
To apply for funding, your request must:
- Support ThedaCare’s mission and values
- Benefit communities served by ThedaCare
- Benefit a nonprofit organization that aligns with ThedaCare’s priorities and/or provide ThedaCare sponsorship visibility
Your request must NOT be for:
- The sole benefit of an individual
- Local, state or national political organizations or campaign committees
- Religious organizations (for strictly religious purposes)
- Controversial organizations in potential conflict with ThedaCare’s mission and image
- Capital
- Endowment programs
- Fraternities or sororities
- Individual scholarships, memberships, or fellowships
- Individual scout troops and smaller group activities
- Events for which the focus is alcohol
- Professional conferences
