Caring for the Whole Person
Your team members are your greatest asset. Ensuring their well-being is vital to your organization’s future. Happier, more productive employees incur lower mental health costs. This results in reduced absenteeism, better focus and improved performance at work. Access to affordable mental health care for employees remains a leading concern for organizations.
The ThedaCare At Work Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helps improve team member well-being. Through offering prompt access to counseling to help resolve mental, emotional and personal struggles, individuals are more likely to achieve work-life balance.

Why Choose Our EAP?
Here’s some of what sets us apart:
We provide faster and more convenient access to care, resulting in higher utilization. Many other programs are built to screen and then refer elsewhere, resulting in unnecessary insurance claims or unresolved issues.
We’re experienced and highly committed to the ThedaCare mission of improving community health. We provide a national EAP affiliate network, so employees and their household members receive assistance no matter where they live or work.
We offer proactive account management that’s personalized and responsive. Our goal is to optimize your program usage.
Our results-oriented approach includes quarterly reporting that shows our impact on your total cost of care. Over 97% of cases initiated in the ThedaCare At Work EAP are resolved within the program.

“I believe everyone has strengths and can heal and thrive. Therapy does not have to add to trauma. I add a good dose of humor to help you feel successful on your journey. Therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored specifically to each individual. I encourage everyone to build a strong and positive support system.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to work with people to reach their goals and improve their lives. I help people heal from the past and take charge of their lives in a different way.
