How to Request Refills Online
- Log onto your MyThedaCare account, click on “Medications” and request what you need.
- You will receive a message from your care team when your request is processed.
When you request a prescription refill, many pharmacies automatically assign a new prescription number. Please ask pharmacy staff to check if your prescription is ready under your name, not your (old) prescription number. You will save time and avoid having to call your provider to check on your refill request.
How to Request Prescription Transfers
- Log into your MyThedaCare account
- Click “Medications”
- Click “Transfer My Medication”
- Note: If you have prescriptions at multiple pharmacies, submit one request for each pharmacy you have prescriptions at.
