Our top priority is providing immediate care to the patients who need it most. If you need a routine physical, annual wellness checkup or highly specialized care, your appointment may be scheduled at a later time.
For immediate, non-emergency concerns, you may also visit a ThedaCare walk-in location without making an appointment or talk to a provider from the comfort of your own home through our eVisit or Video Visit services.
We also offer Urgent Care Video Visits for certain conditions, allowing patients the opportunity to speak to the first available care provider between the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday–Friday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

ThedaCare walk-in services provide convenient access to treatment and diagnostic testing for a variety of minor injuries and conditions, including services like screenings, x-rays, ultrasounds, lab work and limited immunizations. Walk-in care is available for new and existing patients, as well as children 3 months or older.

Orthopedic Walk-in Services
ThedaCare Medical Center-Orthopedic, Spine and Pain in Appleton provides urgent care services for orthopedic-specific conditions on a walk-in basis. Our highly-skilled orthopedic team and athletic trainers are available to treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions that need immediate attention, such as dislocations, simple fractures, sports injuries, sprains, strains, and more.
Behavioral Health Walk-In Services
Behavioral Health Walk-in Care is an outpatient clinic for adults who have an immediate behavioral health need. Walk-in Care provides an assessment of needs, referral and short-term treatment, as well as coordination of on-going treatment. Services provided includes nursing assessment, referrals and scheduling for outpatient, psychiatric services, counseling, treatment referrals and discharge planning, and care management. Please note: controlled substances are not prescribed from this clinic.
