Christy Codner, MSW, LCSW; is a counselor in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). She has earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Christy is licensed to practice therapy in the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is comfortable working with clients of all ages and backgrounds and has specialized counseling experience in the area of eating disorder recovery and family relationships. Prior to becoming a mental health counselor, Christy worked with youth and families involved in the Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice System for 20 years. Christy is experienced in using ACT, CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, and EFT techniques and will adapt her approach to your individual needs and preferences. You can expect Christy to bring humor, kindness, positivity and open-mindedness to your session. Christy enjoys spending time with her animals, listening to music, reading mysteries, and being outdoors.

She has been employed in the human services field since 2014 and has experience working with individuals of various ages and backgrounds.
