Use the "I’m Here" arrival feature from the parking lot.

How to Use the “I’m Here” Feature

  • Log on to your MyThedaCare from the parking lot via the MyChart app on your smartphone.
  • Click I’m Here and answer a set of check-in questions*.
  • We are notified that you are ready for your appointment.
  • Receive instructions about your most convenient entrance and your assigned waiting room.
  • Come inside and go straight to your waiting room.

*If we need additional information or paperwork to complete your check-in, you will be prompted to stop at the registration desk.
