How to Use eCheck-in
- Log on to your MyThedaCare.
- Click Visits, then choose your upcoming appointment. (Please note: Your eCheck-in will be enabled 10 days before your appointment.)
- Click on eCheck-In and complete pre-visit forms and co-payments before you arrive.
Want to skip the registration desk?
If you complete eCheck-in in advance of your arrival, you must still stop at the reception desk upon entering the clinic. However, if you use the I’m Here arrival feature on your smart device from the parking lot, you may be able to skip the reception desk entirely. The I’m Here function checks you in, points you to the most convenient entrance, and directs you to your assigned waiting area.
