Along with using our patient portal, MyThedaCare, we encourage you to enable text messaging for quick, convenient updates. These tools will empower you in managing your care.

By choosing one or more communication options, you’ll receive important, non-soliciting updates about your health care. These include appointment confirmations, MyThedaCare notifications, care management updates, alerts for outstanding balances, pharmacy information, and other essential information to keep you informed and on track.

Getting Started is Easy:

  1. Text “START” to 35814.
