ThedaCare offers flexible video visit options to fit your needs, whether you want to connect instantly with the first available provider or schedule a face-to-face appointment with your trusted care team. Both services are secure, convenient, and accessible from your smartphone, tablet, computer, or any web-enabled device with a camera, for patients 6 months and older.

Schedule Video Visit — Meet with your ThedaCare Provider
Talk face-to-face with your preferred provider for COVID-19 symptoms or other health concerns. Book your appointment from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
At this time, we also offer Urgent Care Video Visits for certain conditions, giving patients the opportunity to speak to the first available care provider between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday–Sunday.
Scheduled Video Visits are the best option if:
- You are an existing ThedaCare patient
- You would like to speak face-to-face with your provider
- Your symptoms are mild to moderate
- You have an urgent care need
- You prefer to have an appointment
eVisits
Complete a quick online questionnaire and get a personalized treatment plan within 2 hours.
eVisits provide existing ThedaCare patients easy access to a customized treatment plan or recommendation from an experienced ThedaCare provider, all from their computer or smartphone. Patients are guided through a simple questionnaire and will receive a response within 2 hours of completion.
Standard operating hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday–Sunday. Requests submitted outside of these hours will receive a response the following day.
eVisits are the best option if:
- You are currently a ThedaCare patient or have visited ThedaCare within the past three years
- Your symptoms are mild to moderate
- You do not immediately need to speak with a provider face-to-face
- You would like a convenient, personalized care plan without making an appointment

How to schedule:
- Log on to your MyThedaCare account
- Go to Visits > Schedule An Appointment
- Select Labs or Mammogram
- Answer a few questions to choose the best date, time and location for your lab appointment

Using MyThedaCare:
- Log in to your MyThedaCare account
- Click “Schedule an appointment”
- Select “Employer Clinics”
- Select your employer
- Choose your employer type
- Select your desired clinic location
- Click on the provider/service you seek
- Verify demographic and insurance information
- Verify appointment date and time
- Under comments, add any more info on your reason for visit (be specific)
- Click “Schedule”
