ThedaCare provides a variety of care options to make it easier for you to choose the approach that fits your needs and preference. In-person care is one such option. Our entire care team is here to offer a friendly ear, trusted advice, quality information and referrals for specialized care. You can take comfort in knowing you and your family are supported and cared for in any phase of life.
In-Person Care Options
Primary Care
Your primary care provider (PCP) may be a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant. They will serve as part of a larger care team that responds to your continued needs for trusted, quality health care information, advice, and referrals.
Your PCP will most often see you for:
- Regular physical exams
- Prescription of medications
- Treatment of minor illness and injury
- Chronic disease management
- Health screenings for common health problems
ThedaCare is proud to offer in-person care through traditional clinical appointments and more immediate walk-in care access.
Specialty Care
We strive to offer complete patient-centered care in one single stop. Our specialty care providers offer unique expertise and the full spectrum of care for various screenings, treatments, services, and education.
Specialty care is offered for:
- Cancer and blood disorders
- Innovative cardiovascular care
- Surgical and non-surgical orthopedics
- Dedicated behavioral health team
- Quality pediatric care
- Many more services and treatments
Depending on your needs, appointments with a specialty physician may require a referral from your primary care provider.

- Click “Schedule an appointment”
- Select “Employer Clinics”
- Select your employer
- Choose your employer type
- Select your desired clinic location
- Click on the provider/service you seek
- Verify demographic and insurance information
- Verify appointment date and time
- Under comments, add any more info on your reason for visit (be specific)
- Click “Schedule”
