When you or a loved one is not feeling well or is injured, do you know where to go to seek medical care? Is the Emergency Department the right place, the Walk-In Clinic, or your primary care provider the best? Unless it’s an urgent need, the first step is to call your primary care physician since all Community Health Network providers offer same day appointments. Family physicians are an important resource since they know you and your health history.

Area students will learn about good nutrition and physical activity through ThedaCare’s new Good to Go initiative. Berlin schools will participate the following week, May 4 to May 8.
March 30, 2015 marks National Doctors’ Day and is a great opportunity to thank your own doctors for their service. Each of us, either personally or via family members, has been profoundly touched by a doctor’s compassionate care. Each doctor is committed to keeping us healthy or restoring us to health when sick, so it makes sense to take a few moments each year to acknowledge all they do to improve our lives.
