ThedaCare Event Focuses on Sustainability

Healthcare and climate change aren’t usually mentioned in the same sentence, but an upcoming internal event at ThedaCare is looking to change that. Paul Linzmeyer, sustainability leader for ThedaCare, said the internal program “Climate Change, Health and You: How We Can Be a Part of the Solution” is designed to begin a discussion on the role that changing weather patterns have on overall health.

What is a Lipid Panel

A lipid panel is a test that measures fats and fatty substances used as a source of energy in the body. Lipids include cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL).
