ThedaCare Names Chief Human Resources Officer

Maggie Lund has been named the new chief human resources officer for ThedaCare. She comes to ThedaCare from Mercy Health in Cincinnati, where she was system vice president of human resources.

Maggie Lund has been named the new chief human resources officer for ThedaCare. She comes to ThedaCare from Mercy Health in Cincinnati, where she was system vice president of human resources.

Lund spent 18 years with Mercy Health, where she held several human resources positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to that, she was vice president of human resources and organizational development at Wilkes University.

“Maggie’s strengths as a leader include her ability to partner with operations to deliver productivity while building employee morale and engagement,” said ThedaCare President and CEO Imran A. Andrabi, MD. “She’s a skilled change leader who recognizes the importance of partnerships and communicating the ‘why’ behind change. She is a principled leader who will lead from the front and be a part of the fabric of the people at ThedaCare.”

Lund completed Ph.D. coursework in labor relations and human resources at Rutgers University. She earned master’s degrees in rehabilitation counseling and human resources administration from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. Lund also holds a bachelor’s degree in human services from the University of Scranton.
