Dr. Hernandez to Practice Family Medicine in Appleton

Jose Hernandez, MD, has joined ThedaCare Physicians-Appleton North where he will practice family medicine.

Dr. Hernandez earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin, and his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Outside of work, Dr. Hernandez enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and the family dog. He likes to kayak, hike, garden and tackle home improvement projects.
