ThedaCare Welcomes Family Nurse Practitioner Schwoerer

Sandra Schwoerer, APNP, has joined ThedaCare as a nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine who will see patients at ThedaCare Physicians-Green Lake.

Sandra Schwoerer, APNP, has joined ThedaCare as a nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine who will see patients at ThedaCare Physicians-Green Lake.  

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Sandra completed bachelor’s degrees in English and nursing. She belongs to the Wisconsin Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.  

When she’s not working, Sandra likes to spend time with her family and get outside to go running and trail walking. Her other hobbies include volunteering and doing Sudoku puzzles.
