ThedaCare Purchases Land for New Neenah Clinic

ThedaCare has purchased land for a new clinic in Neenah to replace its two family practice locations on S. Commercial Street and Tullar Road in Neenah and the endocrine and internal medicine clinics currently at Theda Clark Medical Center. The newly consolidated clinic will be located on 9.4 acres at 333 N. Green Bay Road between Main Street and Winchester Road in Neenah. Construction will begin this fall and take 10 to 12 months.

Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Endocrine Clinics Will Share New Location

“We have outgrown many of our clinic sites in Neenah and face aging facilities that need to be upgraded,” said Jeff Mitchell, Vice President of ThedaCare Physicians. “We carefully reviewed the situation and learned that one clinic would make the best use of our resources and increase the level of care and convenience we can deliver to our Neenah patients.”

Merging of the primary care sites into one 73,000-square foot clinic enables ThedaCare to provide lab services, X-ray, mammograms, bone density scans, and other diagnostic and screening services to a larger patient population. The current clinics do not have space for all of these services. “From a cost perspective, we will not be duplicating services and equipment, and our Neenah patients will have equal and convenient access to these tests all within one new clinic building,” Mitchell said. The initial clinic is designed to allow for future additions.
