ThedaCare leaders are pleased to announce Lynn Hollar, BSN, RN, as the Vice President of ThedaCare North Region. Hollar is currently Vice President of the ThedaCare Clinically Integrated Network Medical Specialties. She will begin her new position immediately.
“I’m honored to have the opportunity to support the community by leading teams in Shawano that believe in being proactive partners in health by putting patients and families first, making health care easier and delivering quality, affordable care,” said Hollar. “We strive to empower patients and families, helping them live their best lives through better health.”
As Vice President of the North Region, Hollar’s primary responsibilities will include day-to-day leadership of ThedaCare Medical Center-Shawano and other points of care in the surrounding areas, development and execution of strategy, operations, patient experience and quality.
“Lynn’s expertise in planning, innovation and cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic goals and improve patient and clinician experience brings her to this new role at ThedaCare,” said Mark Thompson, ThedaCare Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer.
“We are fortunate to have a leader like her, who will inspire team members to continue delivering the best care for each person, helping them maintain their best health.”
Hollar joined the ThedaCare team in July 2021 with more than 30 years of health care experience. She’s also held the roles of Director in Innovations and Strategy, Manager of Information Services, Internal Consultant for Strategic Sourcing, and Director of Clinical Informatics for other health systems, just to name a few. Hollar currently resides with her family in the Shawano area and has tremendous insight into the needs of individuals living in those rural communities.

During this time, she will be working with Hollar and other team members and leaders to ensure a smooth transition. Leaders thank Chikowski for her ability to positively engage and achieve great progress with her teams, physicians, governance and community partners.
