ThedaCare Names New Cardiovascular Leader

ThedaCare has named Scott Garavet system vice president for the cardiovascular, spine and orthopedics systems of care. In his new role, he will oversee all programs related to cardiovascular, spine, and orthopedics services.

ThedaCare has named Scott Garavet system vice president for the cardiovascular, spine and orthopedics systems of care. In his new role, he will oversee all programs related to cardiovascular, spine, and orthopedics services.

Garavet has more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, most recently at Aspirus health system in Wausau where he led the development of their cardiovascular service line and the creation of the nationally recognized Aspirus Heart and Vascular Institute.

A native of Neenah, Garavet graduated from the Theda Clark Radiology Technician program and became an open heart clinical perfusionist before moving into administrative roles. Garavet has a master’s of business administration degree from Cardinal Stritch University.
