Families today need a health care organization that goes beyond the traditional weekday doctor’s appointment. At ThedaCare, patients can access Walk-In Care, FastCare, and e-Visits when a regular clinic visit isn’t in the cards. These options are all designed to be flexible, accessible, and cost-effective. What kind of care to you need? Which is most convenient? What do they cost? What hours are they available? Learn what’s out there so you can come in—or log in—when you need us.

E-Visits do not require patients to go into a clinic to be seen in person by a care provider; rather, patients log on to their MyThedaCare private web account, select what they want to be “seen” for, and answer several questions specific to their ailment. Within two hours, they will receive a response from their physician, including a plan of care and a prescription, if needed. Patients can use an e-Visit for a limited number of conditions, including acne, pinkeye, diaper rash, influenza, lice, seasonal and environmental allergies, upper respiratory/sinus illness, urinary tract infections, stomach flu, and vaginal yeast infections.

  • E-visits are available from 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

  • E-visits require that a patient have an established relationship with a ThedaCare provider.

  • E-Visits require that a patient have a MyThedaCare.org online patient account.

  • The cost of an e-Visit is $35. Insurance is not billed. If your doctor requests to see you in person, the $35 is refunded and normal office visit rates apply.

Are you looking for a doctor to help coordinate your overall care? A ThedaCare primary care provider (PCP) tracks your health history over time, coordinates relationships with specialists, and serves as a hub for your electronic medical records. Once you have a PCP, you can also set up your MyThedaCare account, an online tool that allows you to schedule appointments, access your medical records, complete an e-Visit, securely message your provider, and request prescription refills. Find a doctor who’s just right for you. Call ThedaCare On Call at 920.830.6877 or go to www.thedacare.org and click on “Find a Doctor.”
