Healthy meals with less sodium can be great tasting and those attending the Diabetes Support Group at Berlin Memorial Hospital on March 10 and 11 will be treated to some flavorful recipes.

Healthy meals with less sodium can be great tasting and those attending the Diabetes Support Group at Berlin Memorial Hospital on March 10 and 11 will be treated to some flavorful recipes.    

Michelle Clauson, RDN,CD will teach the group how to bring out natural flavors in foods on Thursday, March 10 from 4-5 p.m. and Friday, March 11 from 1-2 p.m.  Clauson will share recipes to promote healthier eating.
