ThedaCare At Home’s sleep respiratory therapists will model the newest designs of sleep apnea masks at a free A.W.A.K.E. sleep mask style show on Tues., April 5, at The Grand Meridian in Appleton and on Tues., April 19, at Crystal Falls Banquet Center in New London.

ThedaCare At Home Plans Free A.W.A.K.E. Sleep Mask Style Shows

Respiratory therapists may not be super models, but that won’t stop them from showing off the latest trends in sleep apnea wear at two style shows in April.

Since a comfortable, well-fitting mask is the key to successful therapy, the evening will feature the most popular CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) masks. Registration, light refreshments, and an opportunity to visit with the manufacturer’s representatives to discuss equipment options begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by the style show at 6. There will also be time for guests to ask questions about CPAP equipment.

Sleep apnea is a chronic condition requiring long-term management. If untreated, it can increase the risk of high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, obesity and diabetes. CPAP equipment and supplies can help treat sleep apnea.

There is no cost for this fun-filled evening, but advanced registration is required. Guests can register online at www.thedacare.org or call ThedaCare On Call™ at (920) 830-6877 or (800) 236-2236 weekdays, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you have any special needs, please let us know when you register.
