ThedaCare Program to Focus on Reversing and Preventing Effects of Diabetes, Hypertension and High Cholesterol
Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) is designed to prevent and reverse the effects of diabetes, obesity, hypertension and high cholesterol. This ThedaCare program includes a before and after lifestyle evaluation for total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, fasting blood sugar, blood pressure and weight, a textbook, workbook and food samples. The cost is $450/person and $250 for a spouse/domestic partner.
People can participate in CHIP, a series of 18, 1.5-hour classes in a combination lecture and workshop format that runs Mon., April 4, through Thurs., May 26, from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center – Neenah.
