NEENAH, Wis. – ThedaCare is honored to serve the people of our region and is committed to providing easy access to outstanding health care close to home. ThedaCare leaders are pleased to announce Kellie Diedrick as the Vice President of ThedaCare Medical Centers-New London and Waupaca. In this role, Diedrick will lead talented teams at the two critical access hospitals to provide safe, high-quality care for those living in Northeast and Central Wisconsin.
“I’m honored to serve in this role, working with the incredibly dedicated teams at our hospitals in New London and Waupaca,” said Diedrick. “Through our personalized approach to care, we continue to deliver the level of expertise that community members in Wisconsin deserve. We strive to empower patients and families, helping them live their best lives through better health.”
Diedrick joined the ThedaCare team in 2018 as System Lab Director and has provided direction for the 15 labs across the ThedaCare system. She has driven work to improve lab quality and managed the adaptation of new technology, leading to better outcomes for patients.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Diedrick led ThedaCare lab efforts to ensure COVID testing and vaccinations for our communities.
“Kellie is known for fostering engagement, serving as a mentor and fostering respectful, productive working relationships,” said Dale Gisi, Senior Vice President, ThedaCare Central Region, which includes ThedaCare Medical Centers-New London and Waupaca. “We are fortunate to have a leader like her, who will inspire team members to continue delivering the best care for each person, helping them maintain their best health.”
Prior to ThedaCare, Diedrick held increasing laboratory leadership roles at other health systems in Wisconsin. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science, and is an ACHE Fellow.
David Corso, who recently served as Vice President of ThedaCare Medical Centers-New London and Waupaca, continues his leadership with ThedaCare. He serves as the Vice President of the new Orthopedic, Spine and Pain Center – Encircle. Corso is leading planning, construction and operations of the Center, which is expected to open in summer 2022
