Community Health Network cordially invites you to participate in their 23rd annual Charity Golf Classic on Wednesday, September 16, 2015. Plan on a fantastic day of golf on the beautiful fairways and greens of Waushara Country Club in Wautoma.
The 23rd annual CHN Golf Classic may have been postponed from the original June date, but no worries, bigger and better things are planned for the new date of Wednesday, September 16th, 2015!
The event will be held at Waushara Country Club. For those already registered to play, we will be contacting you. For those interested or available to play on the new date, feel free to join in on the fun! The money raised at this event enables the Lucille Schultz Caring for Kids Fund to assist area families. This year’s event is a tribute to Lt. Colonel Herman Schultz who passed away in early 2015. It is through his substantial generosity and wish that our Foundation will continue to help others. We provide financial support to the families of area children who have received a serious medical diagnosis, and may have otherwise struggled with the cost of medical care for their child. The proceeds from this event will continue to benefit the Lucille Schultz Caring for Kids fund.
