Designed for people who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, high blood sugar or high triglycerides, this 4-part series provides education and support from a registered dietitian. Learn how to prevent diabetes using lifestyle change. Classes provide guidance on everything from healthy food choices and meal planning to portion control, weight loss and goal setting. There is also an option to exercise at the YMCA. In the last two years, 43% of participants returned their blood sugars back to normal.
