Complete Health Improvement Program

Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) is designed to prevent and reverse the effects of diabetes, obesity, hypertension and high cholesterol. The CHIP program is a series of 16, two-hour classes in a combination lecture and workshop format.

September 26 – November 17, 2016  | 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton, Ironwood Room

Join us for our Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) designed to prevent and reverse the effects of diabetes, obesity, hypertension and high cholesterol.  The program is a series of 18, 1.5-hour classes in a combination lecture and workshop format. It includes a before and after lifestyle evaluation for total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, fasting blood sugar, blood pressure and weight, a textbook, workbook, and food samples. The cost is $475/person and $250 for a spouse/domestic partner. For more information or to register, call (920) 831-1905 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
