ThedaCare welcomes Kary Cappaert, APNP, a nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine who will see patients at ThedaCare Physicians-Shawano.  

Kary earned bachelor’s degrees in nursing and business administration from Lake Superior State University. She completed her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from Concordia University. Kary is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and she has special interest in treating patients of all ages.   Outside of work, Kary loves to spend time with her family and she enjoys many outdoor activities. Her favorite hobbies include reading and running.
