ThedaCare Welcomes Family Physician

Elizabeth Menzel, MD, assistant professor, is now a faculty physician with the UW Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency Program with privileges at Appleton Medical Center.

Elizabeth Menzel, MD, Advances to Full Faculty Position

Elizabeth Menzel, MD, assistant professor, is now a faculty physician with the UW Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency Program with privileges at Appleton Medical Center. She is a member of the staff at the UW Health Fox Valley Family Medicine clinic.

Dr. Menzel is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine and has special interest in obstetrics, pediatrics, adolescent care and geriatrics. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin and earned her medical degree from Mayo Medical School in Minnesota. Dr. Menzel completed her residency through the UW Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency program and looks forward to her new role in teaching medical students and residents. Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Family Physicians, Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Menzel is an avid Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers fan. She likes exploring new foods and attending farmers markets to stock up on fresh ingredients. Enjoying the serenity of nature is another favorite pastime.
