Healthcare Honors Organization in Annual List
ThedaCare is one of Becker’s Healthcare’s 150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare.
The Appleton-based health system was selected for inclusion in the 2014 edition of the list, which includes hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and non-provider organizations, such as electronic health record providers. Organizations on the list were selected through an editorial review process in which a team conducted research, considered nominations and evaluated organizations based on their benefits, workplace culture, professional development opportunities and previous recognition for workplace excellence.
ThedaCare is the only Fox Cities organization included in the list.

Eight healthcare providers and one electronic medical records vendor from Wisconsin made this year's list. In addition to ThedaCare, the other Wisconsin winners included: Agnesian HealthCare, Fond du Lac; Ambulatory Surgical Center of Stevens Point, Stevens Point; Epic Systems, Verona; Froedtert Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee; Gundersen Health System, La Crosse; Holy Family Memorial, Manitowoc; Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin, Glendale; and University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, Madison.
