I was suffering from my chronic, yearly sinus congestion and working 40 hours a week, 8 to 5. I was at work and didn’t want to call the doctor’s office, so I decided to try an e-Visit for the first time.
I logged into the MyThedaCare private web account and started my e-Visit at 8:19 a.m. It was very easy to use, quick and convenient. I answered a few simple questions about my symptoms and within 20 minutes, I received an e-mail response confirming I had a sinus infection and informing me that a prescription had been called in to my preferred pharmacy. I was able to pick it up on my lunch break and start treatment right away.
The e-Visit only cost me $35, which is my normal co-pay anyway, and I didn’t have to use my paid time off or take unpaid time to see a doctor. Plus, it’s private and you can discretely do it anywhere, at home or at work. It was such a positive experience and I will definitely use this service again!
