Menopause can be overwhelming. Women looking for ways to better cope with the troublesome symptoms of menopause can attend the free community program, “Show Menopause Who’s Boss.”

Medical Expert to Discuss How to Manage Symptoms, Hormonal Changes

Women looking for ways to cope with the troublesome symptoms of menopause can attend the free community program, “Show Menopause Who’s Boss.” Chris Danz, APNP, of Women’s Care of Wisconsin, will discuss ways to cope with the fatigue, anxiety, hot flashes, sleep disturbances, night sweats and mood swings that menopause can bring. Chris will also discuss how women can get fluctuating hormones under control and take charge of their bodies again.

The free one-hour session begins at 6:30 p.m. on Wed., March 18, in the Ironwood Room at Appleton Medical Center.
