Once again, Oliver was the most popular name for boys in 2024. For girls, there is a tie for the top spot with Charlotte and Evelyn/Evelynn coming in as the most popular. These names replaced Lainey which topped the list in 2023.

Across the country, according to BabyCenter, Olivia and Noah kept their titles as the top girl and boy names among parents. According to the tracking site, nearly every top name from 2023 is holding steady in 2024. ThedaCare provided birth services at five hospital locations in northeast and central Wisconsin in 2024.
