Behavioral Health
Surgery — as well as adjusting to a new diagnosis or chronic condition — can bring stressors and other challenging emotions. ThedaCare Behavioral Health is here to help. Our team of experts, specialists, and partners is dedicated to providing services in a compassionate and effective way. Their caring approach focuses on you and your unique behavioral health needs.
Care Management
The ThedaCare Surgery Optimization & Coordination Center works with you to ensure you’re ready and healthy for surgery. The team coordinates among all providers involved in your perioperative care to improve your experience and outcome. The optimization team also coordinates with inpatient care managers and discharge planners to ensure resources are in place prior to discharge.
Dietary
Our dietary team will guide you as you transition back to a normal diet following your procedure. They’ll also educate you about the role diet plays in the management of health conditions and diseases. If you need to adopt new dietary habits following your procedure or diagnosis, they’ll offer support and resources.
Durable Medical Equipment
ThedaCare At Home provides the medical equipment and supplies you need to maintain independence at home while safely and comfortably recovering from surgery. Our expert staff will help you find the right medical products and educate you on safe use.
Labs & Imaging
Lab and imaging services are available at locations throughout the areas ThedaCare serves. To schedule labs online, log in to MyThedaCare and select ‘Schedule an Appointment,’ ‘Lab.’ Your care team will work with you to schedule needed imaging appointments.
Pharmacy
ThedaCare Pharmacy is here to help ease your recovery and streamline your medication needs. The pharmacy will deliver the prescriptions you’ll need at home while you’re at the hospital and preparing for discharge. ThedaCare Pharmacy has locations in Appleton, Berlin, Neenah, Shawano, and Waupaca. The pharmacy at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah is open 24/7.
Therapy Services
Recovering from surgery can impact the way you live your life. The ThedaCare Therapy Services teams can help you regain your strength and abilities with a rehabilitation program designed specifically for you. Services include occupational, physical, and speech therapy.
Wound & Ostomy Care
We recognize the importance of specialized and accessible wound and ostomy care. Every ThedaCare hospital, with the exception of Wild Rose, is staffed with at least one advanced care provider specializing in advanced wound management. These hospitals provide services in both the outpatient and inpatient settings.
