NEENAH, Wis. – Two community leaders will join the ThedaCare Board of Trustees, the governing body for the local, not-for-profit health care organization. The ThedaCare Board supports the organizations’ vision of Population Health, empowering patients and the community to improve their health and wellbeing through access to comprehensive care, programs and services.
Jim Kotek, President and CEO of Menasha Corporation and newly appointed Chair of the ThedaCare Board of Trustees, announced John Beré and Kim Underhill have been elected to the Board, effective January 1, 2021.
“Board members ensure the organization advances its mission of improving community health, while providing financial and quality oversight and strategic decision-making,” said Kotek. “We have always made decisions to help ensure safe care for patients and families in our communities. By providing easy access to high quality care, we can empower people to live their best lives through better health.”
“These two exceptional, community-oriented leaders will ensure our mission is strong and our focus unwavering on the delivery of quality care to those we are privileged to serve,” said Imran Andrabi, MD, ThedaCare President & CEO. “We are thankful to have the added skills and expertise of Kim Underhill and John Beré to support our Board of Trustees.”

As a member of the ThedaCare Board of Trustees, I will continue to develop those partnerships that support the vision and passion for a strong, healthy community.”
