Your safety, including that of your medical records, is our priority. Beginning Thursday, July 22, 2021, you will be prompted to complete two-factor authentication on your next MyThedaCare/My Chart login.
Two-factor authentication, also known as two-step verification, adds an extra layer of security to your private patient information, including visits, test results and medications. Two-factor authentication is commonly used for online accounts, such as banking, shopping and social media.
With this feature turned on, you must enter a code that is sent to you by email or text message to log in to MyChart, in addition to using your username and password. If you are using a private device such as a personal cell phone, you can enable your device to remember your code, so you only need to complete the two-factor authentication once. As part of our ongoing security, you will be prompted every 90-days to repeat the process.

Thank you for your understanding, and for completing this important process to safeguard your medical records.
