APPLETON, Wis. – We are pleased to share that Mark Cockley, MD, Senior Vice President of Population Health and Acute Care Services, has been named Chief Clinical Officer and President of the CIN. In his expanded role, Dr. Cockley will continue to design and execute ThedaCare’s population health and physician integration strategy. In addition, he will have direct responsibility for the ThedaCare Accountable Care Organization, Clinically Integrated Network, ThedaCare physician group, graduate and undergraduate medical education, medical staff services, and all physician leadership within ThedaCare in the pre-acute, acute and post-acute settings. 

Dr. Cockley’s extensive background in leading healthcare transformation will be key in advancing ThedaCare’s high-quality, cost-efficient care in our communities by leveraging our Clinically Integrated Network. His collaborative style and team-based leadership approach will help to build our network and our culture.
