Diedrick Named Vice President of ThedaCare South Region

Leading Comprehensive Care in Northeast and Central Wisconsin Communities

ThedaCare is honored to serve the people of the region and is committed to providing access to comprehensive health care, close to home. Leaders of the organization are pleased to announce Kellie Diedrick as the senior vice president of the ThedaCare South Region.

In this role, Diedrick will lead the region which includes the system’s legacy hospital, ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah, and new health campuses in Fond du Lac and Oshkosh.

“This is an important time in health care,” said Diedrick. “We are taking strides to shape what the future of care looks like in Wisconsin. I am honored to lead our strategic efforts to continue developing innovative initiatives to strengthen patient care, empowering our team members and building a healthier future – together.”

Diedrick joined ThedaCare in 2018 as director of laboratory services where she oversaw lab care at seven hospitals and 15 complex clinics. She most recently served as vice president of critical access hospitals, where she has strived to understand the needs of rural communities and enhance access to safe, high-quality care.

“Kellie is dedicated to ThedaCare’s mission of improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve,” said Lynn Detterman, president of the North Region of Froedtert ThedaCare Health. “She is an engaged leader who focuses on creating a collaborative environment where high-reliability teams can provide the best care possible for patients and our communities.”

During her time with ThedaCare, Diedrick has provided strategic direction that improved quality leading to better patient outcomes, led the system lab through the pandemic, opened a new behavioral health clinic in Waupaca, and received recognition for two of our hospitals as Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals in the country.

Prior to ThedaCare, Kellie led laboratory services at multiple health care systems in the state, where she expanded lab operations, partnered with outpatient lab clients and consolidated testing to open a center of excellence. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science, and is an American College of Healthcare Executives Fellow.

Prior to Diedrick, Lynn Detterman served as the Vice President of ThedaCare’s South Region. In May 2025, Detterman was named President of the North Region of Froedtert ThedaCare Health.
