In line with CDC recommendations and our ThedaCare healthcare partners, ThedaCare At Home (TCAH) is taking the following actions.
- By appointment only for our TCAH Appleton Retail location at 3000 E. College Ave. All other retail locations in Oshkosh, New London, Waupaca, Shawano, and Berlin will be temporarily closed. Effective Tuesday, March 23
- Customers presenting to the Appleton location for their appointments will be directed to call a number posted on door to complete a real-time screening.
- Products are still available, but orders must be placed via phone and fax. TCAH will be fully staffed on phone/fax lines to handle all orders. Visit homemedical.thedacare.org for product catalog information.
- Orders will be delivered by TCAH vehicles, dispensed out of the TCAH consignment closets or shipped directly to customers’ homes.
- No rental medical equipment returns at our retail locations. Customers should call 920-969-0919 to coordinate equipment pickup needs.
- TCAH after-hours emergency line will continue to operate 24 hours/day.
