Malkowski, Radtke Join Hospitals’ Leadership Team
ThedaCare has promoted Pam Malkowski and Mike Radtke to new vice president roles at its hospitals. Malkowski is the new vice president of clinical/nursing operations at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah while Radtke is the new vice president of perioperative services and acute interventions.
Malkowski has held multiple roles at ThedaCare through the years, most recently as pharmacy director with oversight of the pharmacies within ThedaCare’s hospitals. She previously was a director of quality at Theda Clark and Appleton Medical Center, a ThedaCare Improvement System facilitator, and a nursing unit manager.
Radtke most recently was ThedaCare’s director of diagnostic imaging since 2010. Before that, he was a ThedaCare Improvement System facilitator and held several positions with increasing responsibility at ThedaCare Medical Center-New London. In his new role, he will look to improve care at ThedaCare’s hospital surgery departments and in special programs such as trauma, bariatric, and stroke.
Malkowski and Radtke also join Brian Burmeister, senior vice president of ThedaCare’s Hospitals; Maryjeanne Schaffmeyer, chief operating officer; and Jamie Dunham, vice president of clinical/nursing operations at Appleton Medical Center on ThedaCare’s Fox Cities Hospital Leadership Team.
