Attorney to Guide Healthcare System’s Legal Issues
Attorney Jim Prosser is ThedaCare’s new general counsel and will manage the healthcare system’s legal concerns.
Before taking on this new role, Prosser worked with ThedaCare for many years through his work at Godfrey & Kahn. ThedaCare will continue to use Godfrey & Kahn as its outside counsel, but Prosser’s addition will allow ThedaCare to manage many legal issues internally.
In addition to working with Godfrey & Kahn for more than eight years, Prosser also served as general counsel and chief administrative officer for Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co. in Neenah. He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin.
