Annie Menos, APNP, has recently joined Andrew Maes, DO at the Community Health Network Urology clinic. She is a graduate of the Concordia University Family Nurse Practitioner Program.

A nurse practitioner is an advanced practice registered nurse who has completed advanced coursework and clinical education beyond that required of the generalist registered nurse role. Like a medical doctor, nurse practitioners manage acute and chronic medical conditions through comprehensive history taking, physical exams, and the ordering of diagnostic tests and medical treatments. Nurse Practitioners are qualified to diagnose medical problems, order treatments, prescribe medications, and make referrals for a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

As a Urology Nurse Practitioner, Annie works with Dr. Maes to provide treatment of a wide variety of urological conditions. In addition to treating general urology disorders, they also specialize in more complicated procedures such as cancers of the bladder, kidney, prostate, and testicle, infertility and vasectomy reversal, Peyronie's disease, erectile dysfunction, and urinary incontinence. Annie assists Dr. Maes in both the clinic and in the operating room.

You can call and schedule an appointment with either Annie or Dr. Maes at CHN Urology at 920.361.5975.
