Run More Efficiently and Prevent Common Injuries

People who love to run can attend a free ThedaCare session, “How to Run More Efficiently & Prevent Common Injuries,” to learn how to run more efficiently and to help prevent injury, especially as they transition from winter to spring/summer running.

Specialists Offer Tips; Private Expo for Runners also Included

People who love to run can attend a free ThedaCare session, “How to Run More Efficiently & Prevent Common Injuries,” to learn how to run more efficiently and to help prevent injury, especially as they transition from winter to spring/summer running.

Kristen Kuratnick, DO; Becky Czechanski, DPT, CSCS; and Erica Kroncke, MD, will provide tips and tricks for running. A question and answer session with the ThedaCare Orthopedics presenters will follow the event. People can also visit with running experts at a private expo just for this event.

The free session runs from 6-8 p.m. on Tues., April 8, with the presentation from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Liberty Hall in Kimberly. Anyone who has an interest in running is invited to attend.
