Free Program to Focus on High Risk Pregnancy

Women who have been referred to a perinatologist for a high-risk pregnancy may be worrying and wondering about what to expect as they move through the stages of pregnancy. The free community program, “High-Risk Pregnancy: What to Expect” is designed to help expectant mothers in need of special care alleviate their worries and learn more about the extra care that may be needed for both mom and baby throughout a high-risk pregnancy.

Doctor to Discuss Special Care, What to Expect

Women who have been referred to a perinatologist for a high-risk pregnancy may be worrying and wondering about what to expect as they move through the stages of pregnancy.  The free community program, “High-Risk Pregnancy: What to Expect” is designed to help expectant mothers in need of special care alleviate their worries and learn more about the extra care  that may be needed for both mom and baby throughout a high-risk pregnancy. C. Danae Steele, MD, of Fox Valley Perinatology, S.C., will offer insights into the challenges and causes of high-risk pregnancies and what expecting women referred for care by a perinatologist can do to take care of themselves and their babies.

The free program begins at 6:30 p.m. on Thurs., March 21, in the Beltz Memorial Classroom at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah.
