Becker’s Hospital Review named Dean Gruner, MD, president and chief executive officer of ThedaCare, as one of its top “300 Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know,” which recognizes healthcare leaders from across the country.

The rankings are based on the leader and system’s previous awards and commitment to quality. A family medicine physician, Dr. Gruner has been ThedaCare’s leader since 2008. Before that, he was the system’s senior vice president and chief medical officer.

Becker’s Hospital Review is a monthly publication offering up-to-date business and legal news and analysis relating to hospitals and health systems.
