ThedaCare invites runners of all levels to attend its free community program, “Running One Step at a Time.” Kristen Kuratnick, DO, Erica Kroncke, MD, JP Larson, PT, and Katy Leder, PT of ThedaCare Orthopedic Care, will provide information on how to run more efficiently and tips for indoor and outdoor running.

Free Class Gives Expert Advice on how to Prevent Injury When You Run

ThedaCare invites runners of all levels to attend its free community program, “Running One Step at a Time.” Kristen Kuratnick, DO, Erica Kroncke, MD, JP Larson, PT, and Katy Leder, PT of ThedaCare Orthopedic Care, will provide information on how to run more efficiently and tips for indoor and outdoor running. The class will also offer advice for managing pain and avoiding serious injury.

The free program is Wed., Oct. 23, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Liberty Hall, 800 E. Eisenhower Drive, Kimberly. To register, go to www.thedacare.org/classes or call ThedaCare On Call toll-free (800) 236-2236 or (920) 830-6877. Each person must register separately.
