Thank you! My mother always said a gift wasn’t yours until you said thank you. It has been a privilege to work alongside all of you for so many years in a profession that honors teamwork, friendship and comradery. I have been blessed to work for ThedaCare at Theda Clark Medical Center, where I was born, for almost 40 years and to fly for our air medical program, ThedaStar, in the city I grew up in, for 31 years.
I was given the opportunity to realize my professional goals on the shoulders of so many amazing people. Thank you for your individual and collaborative support! You have let me learn from you and share your stories. We get to come to work every day and truly make a difference in so many lives. We help people. It never gets old. Keep up the excellent work. The heart of my passion will always be “out there” with you. And to the end, my dear, sweet friends, I will remember you.
