We Look Forward to Seeing You, Healthy

Last updated: July 9, 2024

As you travel through our communities, browse online, and tune in to the radio, you may encounter a new message from ThedaCare: “We look forward to seeing you, healthy.” It’s a reflection of our commitment to serve as your proactive partner in health.

This new effort aims to help you find the primary care that best meets your needs. That could mean beginning or nurturing a relationship with a primary care provider, tapping into convenient care options, or a combination of both.

We want to see you and your loved ones thrive. So, let’s take a deeper look at what we mean when we say, “We look forward to seeing you, healthy.”

Tailored to You

At ThedaCare, we’re on a mission to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve, empowering people to live their unique, best lives. We know that “healthy” means something different to each person.

Our dedicated team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants is here to help you work through your needs and reach your health goals. These could include:

  • Staying on top of vaccines
  • Tracking and managing health risk factors
  • Scheduling recommended screenings
  • Managing diseases and chronic conditions
  • Working toward weight loss, fitness, and lifestyle goals
  • Identifying emotional and behavioral health concerns and connecting to treatment

When you establish care with a primary care provider, they’ll come alongside you to make your health care journey easier.

Convenient Care

We know that it’s important to have a trusted partner in care. So, too, is access to convenient care options.

Dealing with sudden illness or injury can be stressful. Peace of mind comes through knowing you can connect to care — when and where you need it.

Your care options include:

Primary care clinics

ThedaCare Physicians has clinics in communities throughout Northeast and Central Wisconsin. Many offer same-day appointments. Availability fluctuates day to day. Log in to MyThedaCare to see available appointments at a location that’s convenient to you, or call 1-920-SAME-DAY.

Urgent and walk-in care

ThedaCare offers urgent care/walk-in care in Appleton, Berlin, Neenah, New London, Shawano, and Waupaca. In addition, ThedaCare Behavioral Health Walk-in Care is available in Neenah, and Orthopedic Walk-in Care is offered within ThedaCare Medical Center-Orthopedic, Spine and Pain in Appleton.

These options allow you to receive care for non-emergency needs, with no appointment necessary. Click on the link for each clinic to see estimated wait times and use “I’m On My Way.” This feature can help save you time.

Virtual care

Choose from the following options:

  • Urgent care video visits: Available for certain conditions, these allow you to speak to the first available care provider between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
  • Video visits: These allow you to see your preferred care provider from home — or wherever you are. Access these scheduled appointments through any web-enabled device with a camera.
  • eVisits: These provide existing ThedaCare patients easy access to a customized treatment plan or recommendation from an experienced ThedaCare provider, all from a computer or smartphone. Complete a simple questionnaire and receive a response within two hours. Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Requests submitted outside of these hours will receive a response the following day.

Emergency care

For major illnesses and injuries, access emergency care at our regional medical centers in Appleton and Neenah, or at one of our medical centers in Berlin, New London, Shawano, Waupaca, and Wild Rose.

Our teams are honored to serve as your proactive partner in health. We look forward to seeing you, healthy.
