Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus (washed and trimmed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the trimmed asparagus in an even layer on a baking sheet with rimmed edges.
- Drizzle the olive oil on top. Sprinkle sea salt, pepper and minced garlic on top.
- Use your hands to evenly coat the veggies in oil and seasonings.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the asparagus.
